We do not use advertising cookies or tracking technologies. No data is shared with ad networks.

4. Third-party recipients & international transfers

We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers. The only third-party service we use is:

• Supabase: Authentication and session management. Supabase processes data in EU data centres and is fully GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place.

We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.

5. How you can control cookies

• Browser settings: You can delete cookies and localStorage data entirely in your browser settings. Blocking localStorage may mean you lose saved preferences and timesheet data.
• In-app Reset: The dashboard has a "Reset" button that clears all locally stored timesheet data.
• Cookie banner: You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing localStorage or using your browser's developer tools.
• Do-Not-Track: We respect the Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signal. Since we do not use tracking technologies, DNT has no practical effect on our site, but we support the principle.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we will update this page and adjust our consent approach if required. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• An updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• A re-shown cookie consent banner where legally required
• Email notification to registered users for material changes
